LoopBeacon powers customer support and feedback collection for teams. We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to own and ship core product features end-to-end.
We founded LoopBeacon with a mission to build a 10x better solution to customer feedback collection and support. We are completely independent (no VC money) and profitable on a rapid growth path.

What you’ll do

We’re looking for a full-stack engineer who loves problem-solving, autonomously shipping next-gen features, and focuses on impact. You’ll work closely with the founding team to:
  • Develop new features: Build core product lines like AI feedback analysis and support automations.
  • Strengthen the ecosystem: Build native integrations between LoopBeacon modules.
  • Expand reach: Build and improve third-party integrations (e.g., Linear, HubSpot, Slack, Discord).
  • Technical ownership: Debug, fix, and optimize issues across the entire stack.
  • Trust-based work: Collaborate asynchronously. We trust you to manage your time and ship.

Who we’re looking for

This role comes with a lot of autonomy and responsibility. We are looking for a “manager of one” who matches the following:
  • Based in the EU (Strict requirement).
  • Tech Stack: 3+ years of experience in Next.js (TS), Node.js (TS), MongoDB, Redis, and TailwindCSS.
  • End-to-End Ownership: You are comfortable working across frontend and backend and enjoy owning a feature from database to UI.
  • Builder DNA: You have started a project from scratch (as a founder, lead, or serious side-project builder).
  • Autonomous: You move fast and have a strong bias for action.
  • Bonus: Product design knowledge is a huge plus.
